The Legend of Kage…not the video game…just another blog by Karen Kage. 

The name of this blog is a tribute to one of my favorite games a kid, The Legend of Kage.  For those of you who don’t know, The Legend of Kage was a game that came out in the 80’s.  As cheesy as it was, it was one of my favorites back then.  The ninja Kage (meaning “shadow” in Japanese) sets out to rescue the Princess.  He uses swords and shuriken (ninja throwing stars) as his weapons. Who doesn’t love ninjas? 

I currently live near Tokyo, Japan with my husband and my dog. We moved here from Northern California a few years ago to be closer to my family and for better career opportunities.  When I’m not blogging, I’m working as a Web Applications Developer. 

I haven’t been to very many places yet, but I like to travel because of all the different kinds of food I get to try.  I like playing pretty much all sports, but my favorite is volleyball.  I also like all things geeky and have been known to spend countless hours playing a Night Elf Druid on World of Warcraft.

I will be talking a lot about cool things in Japan, geek talk, yummy food, blogging, business ventures, and other random stuff that comes up in my life.  I hope you enjoy reading my blog and thanks for stopping by!
